The Old Smithtown Library

This one-room structure was built in the late 19th century and served as Smithtown’s first library from 1909 to 1911. Formerly on the grounds of the Smithtown Cemetery, the Old Smithtown Library is now near the Frank Brush Barn. It contains a collection of books, a desk, one chair, and a pot-bellied stove.
